How to cook Paratha, Barota, Prata

Paratha / Barota / Prata is one of the favarate dish of Indian people. Paratha and Mutton Kurry / Chicken curry is a very delicious food item.

How to cook Paratha, Barota, Prata ?

Ingredients :-

Wheat flour,
Cooking oil,
Salt,
Water and
Egg.

Making Paratha :- Apply water & salt into Wheat flour and make it into a thick ball. Keep it for 1 hour.

After one hour take a small quantity from that ball of flour and roll it into fine layer. Then put this into cooking pan applied with oil.

After 2 minutes of cooking Barota is ready.
